Riding an electric bike is probably something you've never experienced before! Dirt roads, sandy trails and a beautiful soft-sand beach beside the glistening Caribbean are all part of the picturesque ride on our electric bike trip around our village of Mahahual.
Should you decide to do some pedaling of your own during your biking excursion, you’ll be happy to know that our ebikes are equipped with specialized wide wheels that make it easy to traverse sandy and bumpy terrain.

This bike tour is great for those that want to get to know the real town of Mahahual near the Costa Maya cruise port. If you're looking to see beautiful sights and beaches and get a bit of exercise without spending a long day in a vehicle, this is the tour for you. Participants should have moderate physical fitness and feel comfortable riding a bike. People with back pain, that are pregnant or have limiting physical illnesses should not do this activity.

On this tour you'll get an e-bike, a guide to show you around top sites of Mahahual, water/soda/beer and a darn good time. Lunch is not included, but we often will make a stop so you can eat at our favorite local spot(s).
What sights can we expect to see on the Costa Maya e-bike tour?
This is the perfect sightseeing opportunity! Your guide will accompany you through Mahahual where you can stop and take pictures and buy your favorite souvenirs and that is just the beginning! You’ll visit Mahahual's famous Colerain Lighthouse and enjoy a fantastic sight overlooking the beach. Ride on for more beautiful sceneray. Later, we'll stop for some tequila tasting and an optional lunch stop at one of our favorite local restaurants as well.
