What happens if there is bad weather?

The cruise will happen rain or shine and we'll still have a good time! If high winds or other dangerous weather prevents us from heading out, you'll receive a full refund for your tour or be given an opportunity to reschedule to a different time.

Are there bathrooms onboard?

Yes! We get it and we've got you covered with 2 washrooms onboard.

What safety measures are in place on the catamaran tour?

Our top priority is your safety. Our catamaran is regularly maintained and inspected. We provide life vests and safety equipment for all passengers, and our crew is extensively trained in emergency procedures and safely guiding our guests to a great time.

I'm not a strong swimmer. Can I still enjoy the tour?

Absolutely! While there are opportunities to snorkel and wade in the Natural Pool, non-swimmers can comfortably remain on the catamaran and enjoy the views. For those entering the water, life vests are available for added security and the Natural Pool provides a great way to get in the water while still being able to touch.
