How many places will we get to snorkel?

This wonderful snorkeling tour has 3 main stops. Palancar and Colombia are the two more traditional reef snorkeling experiences while El Cielo, the 3rd destination, is a shallow sandy area where you can swim and snorkel and look for starfish.

Can you reach El Cielo by land?

No, there is no easy or public access to El Cielo via land. The best way to reach El Cielo is schedule a boat snorkeling tour.

Where is the meeting point for this tour?

There are two meeting points. For cruise passengers, please meet at Marina Fonatur. For guests coming from Playa Del Carmen or staying in Cozumel you may meet at the ferry terminal (i.e. Ultramar/Winjet terminal) to begin your boat tour from there. You will receive detailed instructions in your confirmation voucher.

Minimum Age: 3 years old

You may begin this tour from the ferry terminal docks as you arrive to Cozumel from Playa Del Carmen OR if you are on a cruise or staying on Cozumel you may begin the tour from Marina Fonatur.

Your tour costs are refundable if canceled 24 hours before the tour departure. If booking using the Book Now, Pay Later option, the 5% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
